Administrative Support
TSC’s team members Sabre and EG&G have long-term experience in providing administrative support to the Navy.  
 
Sabre provides administrative support on nearly all of our contracts. On contract N00421-99-A-1279, Sabre has a large technical administration effort with the Naval Air Warfare Center – Aircraft Division’s (NAWC-AD) Maritime Surveillance Aircraft (MSA) Laboratory. The Sabre Data Manager and staff track all project documentation (specifications, books, CDs, tapes, drawings) that enter or leave the project. They log, validate, bar code, store and index the data. Sabre technicians convert the data to the requested media (tape to CD, etc). The items are packaged according to classification, distributed and logged out. Sabre technicians operate a sophisticated imaging system that scans, indexes and stores technical data/drawings. Sabre’s Lexington Park, MD office supports this effort. Sabre also provides administrative support to PMA-271 (N00421-03-A-0004), the Navy SEALS (674-N40012), the Naval Test Pilot School (N00421-99-A-1279, Delivery Order 90) and NSWC T-Department (K02BN019S00/T0602BN).  
 
EG&G provides administrative support to Navy and Marine Corps weapon systems and weapon control systems as it relates to system safety engineering in order to aid the Government in determining the level of risk associated with those systems, for both developmental and deployed environments. They also provides administrative and management support for ongoing SPS-48E(V) developments. This includes: preparing and coordinating program reviews including production of meeting agendas, presentation slides, minutes; provide level of effort to ISEA for the scheduling, management and resource research on the AN/BPS-15/16 radar program; and provide data entry, query and data base management service indirect support including data entry into and query of the NSWC PHD command data base and Port Hueneme Realtime Integrated Management Systems (RIMS).
