Quality Assurance
The primary TSC Team method of Quality Control is close liaison with the customer to ensure the right questions are answered by highly qualified personnel in ways that meets customer needs. Additionally, each Team deliverable product undergoes technical and clerical reviews prior to delivery to ensure that all pertinent issues are correctly addressed and that the customer can use the product as delivered.  
 
TSC utilizes an electronic QA deliverable program to minimize paper deliverables, track accountability and timeliness, and reduce cost. At the conclusion of each T.O. TSC will perform a self-evaluation of the product quality delivered. The data supporting the evaluation will consist of both TSC Team information and of feedback solicited from the customer. The data will be formatted in tabular fashion as below, relating actual performance to performance standards and/or requirements.
