Cloud Cap Technology
Cloud Cap is a HUB-Zone Small Business and a Key Contributor on the TSC Team for R&D Support (Functional Area 3.1). Cloud Cap was established for the purpose of providing software and hardware solutions for embedded systems. They specialize in developing integrated electronic packages for unmanned vehicles. They currently have two SBIR Phase II projects ongoing with ONR. One is for continued development and test of an avionics package called Picolo to provide autonomous operation for small air vehicles. Cloud Cap has sold over 300 commercial versions of this integrated package. The other SBIR project is to develop a Meteorological Sensing Package for small UAVs. This package could be used for measurements to support shipboard propagation performance predictions.
